Why are the police being selective in their prosecution???
There is a woman on remand at HMP having been charged for possession of firearn.
She and her boyfriend were found in possession of firearms and ammunition following the execution of a search warrant at their residence.
Both were arrested.
Her boyfriend pleased guilty to the charges.
However the prosecution has decided to proceed with the charges against her.
She sits in prison awaiting bail or trial whichever comes first.
He baby had to be given one final breastfeeding before she was taken to HMP on remand.
So can someone tell me why it is that in this case only one person was arrested and charged.
Why hasn’t the girlfriend been?
Why am i reading that only the man has been charged?
Who is she related to???
