I’m sorry to say , but not sorry . I always believe a thief can also be a killer if given the chance ! So when they are proven guilty their sentences should be in such a way that they would think twice before they would repeat that offense 🤔
I’m still not hearing anything about the ball & chain, and hard labor as a penalty package at sentencing. So who is going to provide room and board for his time to be spent kicking-back; and enjoying the inevitable contraband?
