The murder trial of Steve “Crypto” Urlings was adjourned Tuesday morning after the defendant reported he was feeling ill.
The defendant made his discomfort known to his attorney when the court took a short morning break.
Urlings said, severe pain made it difficult for him to hold exhibits and pay attention to evidence being given in court.
The judge ordered officers to take the prisoner to hospital for immediate medical attention and adjourned the matter to Wednesday.
He also requested a report on Urlings’ condition when he attends to other matter in the court’s afternoon session.
Urlings is accused of fatally shooting Albert Browne of Villa who carries the alias “Pressure Man”.
The victim had been sitting in Booby Alley when a masked man approached and shot him three times, killing him on the spot.
