I salute the members of the Antigua
&; Barbuda Constabulary on the commendable job well done- in the apprehensions of this, and, all other lowlife perpetrators engaged in any such nefarious deeds: and without hesitation, deem them fit for ten years at hard labor of imprisonment; with ball and chains to be on public display, cleaning the fetid gutters of St. John’s; as penitent to society for their care, custody and control; “asap”.
I concur wholeheartedly with the “hard labour” attachment to prison sentences. I just can’t understand why taxpayers are called upon to fund their existence at HMP.
