    I mean this is not the USA where you can be arrested for DWB. We need to stamp out the arrogance some officers seem to have. People have rights. You cannot just stop me and do a search. You can stop me and ask to see my drivers license in order to ensure I’m a license driver. But that is where it stops. Unless the police have reasons to believe that I have committed a crime. The only time an officer can do a stop and search if it is part of a police operation in order to catch criminals in the traffic. We would sometime see the police having a traffic stop on certain roads and every motor vehicle is then subject to stop and search. Antigua cannot become like the USA where police do as they like towards in particular black men.

    Assaulting a police Officer
    Obstructing a police in the line of duty
    And inciting disobedience to a lawful order.
    The police officer knows where he can find the minister and must not cower under any influence and sought to arrest the said minister so that he can have a word with District A Magistrate.
