Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism sector is preparing to celebrate excellence as the nominees for the 2025 Tourism Awards have been announced.
The prestigious ceremony, hosted by the Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation and Investment and the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA), will take place on 29 November 2025 at Sandals Grande Antigua.
Under the theme “Mirror Ball Gala – A Night to Reflect and Shine,” the event will recognise the outstanding achievements of tourism professionals across the country. Among the categories announced are Employee of the Year and Supervisor of the Year, highlighting individuals who have demonstrated dedication, excellence, and passion in their roles.
Nominees represent some of Antigua’s leading hospitality brands, including Blue Waters Resort & Spa, Cocobay Resort, Cocos Hotel, Hawksbill Resort Antigua, Hermitage Bay, Jumby Bay Island, Keyonna Beach Resort, Mill Reef Club, Royalton Antigua, Royalton CHIC Antigua, Sandals Grande Antigua, Siboney Beach Club, Tamarind Hills Resort & Villas, Trade Winds Hotel, and The Escape at Nonsuch Bay.
According to the ABHTA, the awards serve to “celebrate the individuals who drive the success of the nation’s leading industry and inspire excellence throughout the destination.”
Winners will be revealed during the gala evening, marking a highlight on the tourism calendar and a moment of reflection on the continued growth and resilience of Antigua and Barbuda’s hospitality sector.
