Pigotts Primary School has suffered another break-in, the third such incident since the restart of the school term.

Senator Michael Freeland confirmed the latest occurrence in a public statement, describing it as a serious blow to the school community. He said the repeated break-ins threaten the security of students and teachers and disrupt the work of educators committed to nurturing young minds.

Freeland said the situation represents “an attack on our children’s future and the work of our dedicated educators,” calling for stronger community support to help prevent further incidents.

He expressed confidence that the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda will “investigate this matter aggressively and bring those responsible to justice,” and urged anyone with information to come forward.

Members of the public with relevant details are encouraged to contact the police or call the CrimeStoppers Tips Hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).
