We need to move away from these archaic, ancient and old fashion ways of doing business especially in this era of uncertainty, anxiety, confusion and ambivalence and cease publishing people’s names and addresses in this manner as doing so could be both dangerous and threatening. It is full time that Antigua and Barbuda establish a decent credit bureau facility such that potential borrowers can be properly screened thereby enabling the lender to have a better idea and view of borrowers who have defaulted with other lenders and are possible risks. There must be some kinda laws in place to make it illegal for lending agencies to have people’s names and addresses splashed all over the public media in this way. This is so backward and it is just intended to embarrass and humiliate people.

@Faithful National #1. Do you live in Antigua? If so, you would know what the purpose of this is because it happens routinely and has been for many years. It’s simply Courts the retailer or another company naming and shaming those who haven’t paid their bills.

Is it a killer hit man brought in to kill these people and are requesting information from the innocent public to locate them? Or is it some wise cracker thinks they can cause embarrassment to these people’s name? Because clearly they have these persons contacts.
