The parliament of Antigua and Barbuda is to benefit from a new audio installation, Technology Minister Melford Nicholas has said.
He was responding to a concern by House Speaker Sir Gerald Watt who also wishes for the decades-old mace and the chair the speaker sits on to be replaced.
