Following news that The Hut made staff redundant earlier this week, management issued the following statement to Antigua Newsroom

Having completed a successful first season at The Hut, Little Jumby, we are pleased to announce that Jumby Bay Island Company will now be leasing the Little Jumby site to AKA Restaurants, the operator of The Hut this past year.

Whilst Jumby Bay will no longer directly oversee the site, the team is working closely with AKA Restaurants, to ensure The Hut is ready to continue its journey toward becoming the Caribbean’s most exciting private island beach club and restaurant starting this October, just in time for the new season.
