temporarily relocated its Customer Service Department, effective immediately. The move
allows us to complete essential maintenance work at our Roberts & Co. Building office on
Nevis Street.
The Customer Service Department, which manages claims, cheque collection and
status/contribution letters, is now operating from the cashier’s office on the ground floor of
the MBS Healthcare and Conference Building directly opposite the Nevis Street Pharmacy.
For convenient access, beneficiaries may submit claim receipts via the Nevis Street drop
box. They should include their full name, MBS number, contact number, and preferred
payment method (EFT, collection, or mail).
Cashier services remain available on the ground floor of the MBS Healthcare and
Conference Building. Employers and self-employed individuals are encouraged to use the
Nevis Street drop box facility to deposit cheques. They can also make payments, via
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or through the online platforms of Antigua Commercial
Bank, CIBC Caribbean, and Community First Cooperative Credit Union. Cash payments
cannot be accepted through the drop box. Completed contribution forms (R3As) may also be
placed in the Nevis Street drop box or submitted electronically to
The Medical Benefits Scheme is committed to delivering uninterrupted service throughout
this transition and we appreciate the continued cooperation of our beneficiaries and
employers.
