A 15-year-old boy from Cooks Hill is recovering from multiple injuries after being stabbed with a pair of scissors on Tanner Street.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of 15 September at around 2 p.m., when the teenager was approached by another young man and attacked.
The victim sustained stab wounds and cuts to his body and sought medical attention following the assault.
Police officers conducted a search of the surrounding area for the alleged attacker but were unable to locate him.
Authorities have since launched an investigation into the matter.
