Teen Charged Over Cashew Hill Assault

Police have arrested and charged a 16-year-old boy following a violent altercation on Cashew Hill Public Road in April.

The teen is accused of assaulting a 15-year-old and carrying a metal pipe during the April 11 incident.

He also faces a charge of disorderly conduct by fighting.

Officers made the arrest in the presence of a guardian. The case has been referred to the relevant authorities, and investigations are ongoing.

  1. Sixteen and already getting charge for fighting with weapon? These young boys need guidance, not just punishment. The violence starting too early.
