Student Cleared in Princess Margaret School Assault Allegation

2. If the boy had reacted and returned the favor, he would have found himself in problems with the law. However that female is allowed to act an not be held accountable.

You know what’s alarming in this article and all the comments I’ve seen on FB about this incident , is that up to now I have not seen anything that have suggested that any of this information was verified by either getting the information from the school, the teacher involved or even the Ministry of Education. 4. I believe when she was touch inappropriate, shen she look back she saw the boy standing behind her and she thought it was him. I also believe the girl in question touch the teacher and remove herself from there and the boy got the slap. I know that kind of
   prank.

5. It is nice to hear that the female student admitted of the wrong doing. However, nowadays many of the female teachers are young and are dressed inappropriately for the classroom. Hence, as young male students the teacher’s mode of dressing may cause a distraction thus causing the male student to be seduced resulting them to over step their bounds….

   The ministry need to put in place a proper dress code for the job and a modus of operandi for teachers in & out of the school especially for our female teachers.

6. As parents, we trust teachers with our kids every day. This kind of incident shakes that trust. If my son came home with his face swollen, I’d be in the Ministry the next morning too!

    The teacher is placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the matter.
    If found guilty of abusing a minor. She is terminated and restitution is sought to restore the child.

16. I can tell which of you are raising future rapists. Because you deem someone to be dressed improperly does not give ANYONE the right to touch them in an improper manner without consent. Teach your sons this and you won’t have to spend money on lawyers in the future. Women who wear clothes down to their ankles still get assaulted so it ain’t the clothes thats the problem. 21. Y’all actually believe the boy is innocent in this matter? 😂.. he was part of the prank and got the worst of it.

    It is obviously known that it is part of his character to do these types of things. He might not have been the one who physically touched the teacher, but hypothetically, he is implicit.

    His previous deeds caught up with him. It’s not right on both sides, but trouble always find a trouble maker. We all have been around these types of students, so let’s not act like he’s this innocent little kid.
