Randy Baltimore to Host Land and Housing Consultation in St. Philip’s North

St. Philip’s North MP Randy Baltimore is inviting residents to attend a land and housing consultation aimed at providing information on home ownership, land acquisition and housing opportunities.

The meeting, being organized in collaboration with the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHAPA), is scheduled for June 11 at the Glanvilles Community Centre beginning at 6:30 p.m.

According to promotional material for the event, CHAPA Manager Mark Richards, members of the sales team, financial consultants and contractors are expected to participate and answer questions from residents.

Baltimore said the consultation is intended to help constituents better understand the process of purchasing land, building homes and accessing available opportunities.

“Building a home and owning a piece of land is more than an investment; it is a pathway to stability, security, and a peaceful future for families and generations to come,” Baltimore said in a social media post promoting the event.

He encouraged residents to attend and engage with officials and professionals involved in housing and development.

“Be a part of our Land and Housing Consultation Meeting, an important step in helping constituents better understand the process, ask questions, and explore opportunities for home ownership and development,” he said.

Baltimore added that empowering people with information and opportunities helps strengthen communities and supports long-term development.

  1. This make robin yearwood look as a wicket colonial lackey, he never showed any care for the people as this young man randy is doing, robin treated us in a condescending manner as whites usually do, randy or for that matter a black representative See’s the people struggle and is showing empathy, robin does help his white race only and few pittance to us.

  2. You Eldread, deserve to be treated in a condescending manner, whether by blacks or whites or greens or purples, you silly, pussy-ass bitch.

In case have haven’t realized, you are the problem Eldread. A lazy, country boy fool that wants hand-outs instead of working hard like other people. Stay unhappy and keep writing your silly racist rants on this site for all of us to laugh at you further, silly fucker.

  3. Hoping to beat up on eldread because he speaks the truth, you are either Caucasian to be offended or deeply white wash by eurocentric spirituality why you can’t stand the fact when the most oppress race on the earth speaks their mind, that thing Hitler did where they made up a word called Holocaust is nothing compare to this simple word slavery that my ancestor went through and not yours, and don’t become keyboard happy and engage it in a visceral manner because it references the anus when blown by someone like you becoming the loudest trumpet, such a shame you won’t bring any blogs of intellect but your foul mouth expletives.

  4. @There you go. Slavery was started thousands of years ago in Africa. All races were slaves at some point in history. The British ended slavery in the West. The Africans and especially the Arabs continued the practice.
Whether or not we are the most oppressed is up for debate but we are certainly the most oppressed by our own people.
