Repairs Underway on Key Seaton Road Ahead of Tourism Season

Repairs have begun on the Seaton road leading to Stingray City, one of St. Philip North’s busiest routes, ahead of the upcoming tourism season.

Randy Baltimore, Advocate for St. Philip North, said the upgrades are intended to ensure safer and smoother travel for both residents and visitors.

“Progress is in motion. These upgrades are being done ahead of the season to ensure safer, smoother travel for residents and visitors,” he said in a statement.

Baltimore also confirmed that the exit road from Glanvilles Agricultural School into Seaton will soon reopen, ending the current “one way in, one way out” traffic challenge.

“Road by road, we’re building better and stronger communities through the Ministry of Work,” he added.

The repairs form part of ongoing efforts by the government to maintain and improve infrastructure in the parish, particularly on routes important for tourism and local communities.
