Dylan Simon, a long-time employee of Hadeed Motors, was found guilty of fraud, but with a mixed verdict.

After a trial presided over by Justice Tunde Bakre, Simon was convicted on two out of eight charges related to incidents between December 30, 2019, and January 3, 2020.

Simon was found guilty of inputting a non-existent cheque into the company’s system and forging a form to unauthorizedly remove a vehicle from the dealership. However, he was acquitted of larceny and obtaining a commission under false pretenses.

  1. Question…who sold the other vehicles for which the young man charged ?
Hope the dealership dig into that….they might be surprised what they find

  2. I bought several vehicles from this guy. He said they would write off the cars as damaged so I got them for a fraction of the price. Good dude tbh.

  3. That is the end result of “creative self enrichment”, for all except ABLP politicians. Young people be warned.
Hold your politicians accountable, because trying to emulate their behaviours to get rich quick will land you in jail.

  4. We seem to have very week and inexperience police prosecution when it comes to white color crimes. They need to be trained.
