Hon. Kelvin Simon and Senator Johnathan Joseph joined forces to support students at Jennings Secondary School through the βExams for Every Dream Program,β an initiative created to ensure that no studentβs future is limited by financial hardship.
With the deadline for CSEC exam payments fast approaching, these two community leaders made a timely presentation today: a grant covering the full exam costs for five students who were unable to pay.
Hon. Kelvin Simon shared, βComing from a single-parent household, I know what it is to deal with economic hardship. Students should not have to forego their dreams because of an inability to cover the cost of their exams.β
This marks the beginning of what Simon and Joseph hope will become an annual program in collaboration with their alma mater that will give more students the chance to rise, achieve and pursue their dreams without financial barriers. Because they believe every dream deserves a fair chance.

Jonathan making up for that allegation against him when he was a teacher??
Did the student recover from the beating up to now??
We have two huge national scandals before us and you are yet to make even a silly comment. Don’t try to make this a distraction because it’s not going to work.
These two young politicians should be commended. They are making a solid contribution to the future of the Nation.
They are reaching out a helping hand to lift up five students to help to realize their dreams.
I pray these students will use this gift wisely, will pass their exams with flying colours and go on to become meaningful citizens contributing to this Nations future.
I also pray that others in this land with the means would make similar contributions to and for this Nation’s sake, remembering our Nation’s motto: ‘EACH ENDEAVOURING, ALL ACHIEVING’.
