This is the man in UPP that has personal charisma with the ability to draw people to him and the party. Yes, I know he is young in the party but so was Roosevelt Skerritt when he became PM of Dominica in his 20’s. Pringle is not by any means a leader, Lewis is better than Pringle but is not a hugely likeable person and the other UPP MP’s are not leadership material. Shuggy is physically impressive, speaks well, is educated, is confident in himself and is a very likeable person unlike Gaston who is not charismatic but rather is only aggressive, which some people like. Shuggy can draw people to him if given the chance. Go for it, Shuggy!
