Just a question. Who have the seat of St. Mary’s South? Is this guy from UPP? So this guy didn’t allocate funds from the Parish in May to clean those gutters? Why Dwayne have to do this? Is not Simon duty to follow up the issues of the Area he is representing now? We just need to accept to keep those gutters clogged and dismiss what Dwayne is doing, regardless if it is for political reason or not. I prefer to have clean gutters around
What about having a volunteer day for the community members to come and help the clear up.

I’m talking that Government is responsible to allocate funds to clean gutters, is the duty who is in Charge of the Area (Shuggy) to follow up how Government funds is being used to accomplish different things. Why Dwayne or someone else is doing this? If Dwayne is taking advantage for any reason is because Shuggy is allowing him to do so. Is funny you see how one side is taking political advantage and the other side is doing nothing. Is a game, and Shuggy and Dwayne are the new players. They are just playing a game that started decades ago, old players are dying and new gamers are online. Same will keep happening for upcoming decades.
