ST. JOHN’S, Antigua — Sea Bridge Ferries has added a new early morning departure from Barbuda as part of an expanded schedule aimed at improving travel between the sister islands.
In a public notice, the company said the updated schedule takes effect Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, with a new departure from Crabb’s at 12 p.m.
The ferry will remain overnight in Barbuda to facilitate a 6:30 a.m. departure on Thursdays for passengers traveling to Antigua.
The company said the early sailing is intended to allow travelers to arrive in Antigua “bright and early” for business, medical appointments and other commitments.
Sea Bridge described the added trip as a move to better serve both cargo and passenger needs and expressed hope that the revised schedule would prove convenient and beneficial for residents of Antigua and Barbuda.
The company said it looks forward to welcoming passengers aboard under the new timetable.
