The Government of India along with the Indian Council for Cultural Relation (ICCR) has announced that four (4) scholarships are available under the under the Commonwealth Scholarship Plan which will include the cost of tuition, stipend, contingent grant, accommodation, thesis and dissertation expenses. Please note that airfare is not included.
Undergraduate, post-graduate and post-doctoral research courses are also available under this plan however, the Council does not offer admission in Medical/Paramedical (nursing, physiotherapy/anesthesia etc.) not Fashion courses.

Additionally, kindly visit the websites of the Universities/Institutes (list of Universities and Institutes are available on the ICCR portal) to review courses offered, eligibility criteria and general information before applying for admission.
Applications are to be completed at http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/home/register. A recent passport sized photo should be uploaded on the application form (3.5×4.5cm). Copies of all academic qualifications, certificates and mark sheets including those relating to school leaving examinations along with a certificate of physical fitness, recommendation/character certificates from existing school (as required by the Universities) and a certified copy of the bio-data page of the applicant’s passport are to be uploaded also.
A printed and signed copy of the application along with copies of the required documents uploaded on the portal must also be submitted to the High Commission of India in Guyana no later than 20th April, 2021.
