  1. Congratulations to all these well deserved females from Antigua. I hope more hotels do the same. It’s a welcomed initiative and keep up the exceptional work Sandala Resort Management.

  2. @Industry supporter….I hope they do, too much local talent getting over looked but some hotels rather bring in caucasians and pay dem a big salary because blacky picky head people don’t deserve nothing good this is why I commend Jumby Bay, Mill Reef and Sandals..I worked my ass off at a certain Irish owned hotel and they didn’t value me . so i took a leap of faith and left…can you imagine training someone to be your boss in a position you applied for and worked in for over a year with no issues smh?!! The expats getting 4 times what the locals make.. know nothing and do no real work. Antiguan government need to check up on these hotels….look into service charge and fair pay for locals working in managerial positions..

  3. Don’t let this “promotion” distract you from the fact that EMPLOYEE TIPS are used to fund “Sandals Foundation”

A most WICKED, BULLY OF A RESORT!!!! ABWU IN BED WITH THEM.

where does the SERVICE CHARGE go?
