  1. Hypocrisy!
    Hypocrisy!
    Hypocrisy!
Please explain to the public the rank structure of the police force.
Pictured above are member of the force who were trained along with deceased Common.
There is an Assistant Commissioner, an Inspector, two Senior Sergeants and two Coeporals.
Between Corporal and Assistant Commissioner are Sergeants, Senior Sergeants, Inspectors, Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents.
Something has to be radically wrong with the system that one person could be so far ahead of his coursemates.
    Is it competence?
    Oh no.
    I don’t think so.
It is just a system that is not a system.
There is absolutely no promotion criterion in the police service.
Promotion is based on “who loves who” and whose son in law you are for the makes and who pulls down knickers for the females.
Serious attention, not political, needs to be given to the police force.
If a proper policy is not put in black and white, members of the public may find that they have to investigate their own reports because they are more intelligent than those Assigned to do it.
There are TOO many square pegs in round holes in the police service.
