Rotary Club Installs Peace Pole at Clare Hall Secondary
The Rotary Club of Antigua has installed a Peace Pole at Clare Hall Secondary School, calling it a symbol of hope, unity and compassion for the community.
The newly placed monument carries a message that peace begins within — in thought, word and action. For students, it is intended to serve as a daily reminder to be peacemakers in their homes, classrooms and beyond.
Rotary officials said the project reflects the organization’s guiding principle of “Service Above Self.”

“Our mission shines brightest when rooted in hope,” the club noted in a statement. “May this Peace Pole inspire a generation to lead with kindness and create a future filled with peace.”
The Rotary Club of Antigua has been active in education, health, and community development initiatives across the island for decades.
