And now, Cody Simpson, 22, is making even bigger waves in the Caribbean.
The singer hit the stage at the Play It Out benefit concert in Saint John, Antigua and Barbuda on Saturday.

The event, which is designed to raise awareness about sea pollution caused by plastic, is an initiative supported by The President of the 73rd session of the General Assembly, María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés.
Cody looked sleek in an all-black ensemble, including a fitted T-shirt which showed off his tattooed arms.

The event was hosted by American actress Meagan Good and social media star Amanda Cerny.
There were also talks from political figures and celebrity guests, such as Entourage star and environmentalist, Adrian Griener.
Cody was among various performers, including singer Ashanti, German producer Robin Schulz and indie pop band St. Lucia.

Cody rose to fame in 2012 after being discovered on YouTube.
He signed with Atlantic records, where he has released five albums.
