The Ministry of Works has announced a series of public works scheduled to take place across Antigua on Wednesday, 23 April.
The projects, which include patching, paving, surfacing, and drainage works, are expected to impact traffic in several key areas.
Motorists are advised to plan accordingly and expect potential delays or detours in the following locations:
- Pigotts Main Road
- Tyrells (Liberta)
- Five Islands Main Road
- All Saints Road
- Herberts
- Paradise View
- American Road
- Donovans
- Sea View Farm
- Buckleys Main Road
- Bay Street
The Ministry is urging the public to exercise caution in and around work zones, and to follow posted signage and instructions from traffic personnel on site.
A spokesperson for the Ministry stated that the works form part of an ongoing national infrastructure improvement programme aimed at enhancing road safety and durability.
