1. Tian’s place in the Groovy Segment should have gone to a more deserving contender, of which there a few!

2. I wasn’t too impressed with Tian in Groovy last night. He started out rathwr weak. I was right in the front of the stage. There were more appealing presentations. But, ah so eeh go.

3. A man who is full of himself (Tian Winter) one who believes he is so huge that he can just walk on a stage, no background presentation, lay down somewhat of a gospel tune in a Groovy competition and depart the stage fully confident that he is a finalist. Now the way I see it if Tian made it so should’ve Naycha Kid.
   Love me some Empress, what a true natural set of vocals. With that voice bigger things should’ve been happening, she is the female version of the great late Eddie Melo. Just wish she could find a Hit maker that can consistently hook her up with world class tunes, still not feeling the Cape thing though.
   How in the world did Natural Rampler get this far? It’s 2025 and this just took me way back to “Throw stone in de mango tree”. Up to this day I still can’t match Lyrics Man voice to Calypso are Soca, it’s just a unique but strange kind a voice. Kid Fresh is that a V.I rhythm?
   Can’t wait for Panorama.

4. Tian should not be in the Groovy finals. His performance was not good enough to pass.
   And you just watch that they give Tian BOTH groovy and jumpy crowns. Just you watch.

5. I enjoyed DJ Who, Madh up Road the most.
   This competition seems more like a giveaway than a competition. The artist that keep winning and those that are chosen every year do very little on the world stage and they do not collaborate enough to bring notice to Antiguas powerful soca vibes. I hope the battle of the bands bring out the best in the younger artist. We need more impact. Congratulations for all of the Artist who put their efforts into bringing a good time to the carnival season Although he didn’t make it through, Johnny of the Hygh Tempa band with the hit song, “. Get Soaking Wet is still my number jam for this season
