All Saints community calling on the Ministry of Works to address months old stagnant pool of water

Residents in All Saints are urging authorities to address a stagnant pool left after roadworks late last year.

The water, near Mock Pond, has remained since December following excavation by the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA), with no apparent progress despite repeated complaints.

People in the area say the site poses health risks, warning it could encourage mosquito breeding, while also creating a danger for drivers and pedestrians بسبب uneven ground and poor visibility.

Frustration is growing among residents, who say attempts to get a response from APUA have largely failed.
