Dylan Simon

The family of Antiguan resident Dylan Simon is showing their full support as he gets ready for sentencing in St. John’s.

After a recent High Court decision, Dylan Simon’s family is giving him all their love and support as he awaits sentencing next week.

Justice Stanley John found Mr. Simon guilty of several charges, including larceny, after a trial in Antigua and Barbuda’s High Court.

Simon is expected to be sentenced on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, by the same judge.

The family in a joint statement through their lawyer declared, “We’ve always stood behind Dylan, who has maintained his innocence throughout this legal ordeal.

No matter what, we will always believe in him, and nothing will break our shared bond and belief in his upstanding character. We respect the legal process and understand the court must do their due diligence.

As this matter proceeds, we remain hopeful that the court will carefully consider all the facts presented and extend to Dylan appropriate fairness in its decision.”

Our family appreciates the support and kindness extended to Dylan during this difficult time.

  9. I have been following this case since 2021, and so far the public has mostly heard one side of the story the version that ends up in the papers. To this day, we still have not truly heard this young man’s own voice or perspective.

Still, I have to give him credit: he continues to stand strong despite the weight of money, influence, and power working against him. That alone speaks volumes.

Young man, don’t give up. Sorrow may last for a night, but joy comes in the morning. If you were truly everything they say you are, you would have surrendered long ago. But you continue to fight, and that shows courage.

Hold on to your faith. The battle may be heavy, but the Good Lord has already declared, “Victory is mine.” Keep pushing, keep believing, and let truth speak in its own time.
