Registration for Antigua’s Carnival 2020, “The Caribbean’s Greatest Summer Festival”, has officially begun.
The Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission (ABFC) wishes to advise that registration is currently open, for the following disciplines:

2. Vendors and Booth Operators
3. Junior Carnival School Mas
4. Junior Carnival Private Mas
5. Junior Party Monarch
6. Junior Calypso Monarch
7. Mr and Miss Teenage Pageant
8. J’ouvert Troupes
9. Mas Troupes
10. T-shirt Mas Troupes
11. Individual Mas
12. Monday Wear
13. Carnival Floats
14. Iron Band
15. Calypso Tents
16. Calypso Monarch
17. Party Monarch
All persons desirous of participating in this year’s Carnival Competitions are kindly asked to complete their registration online at https://antiguacarnival.com/resources/forms or at the ABFC Office, located upstairs the Cecil George-John Building on the corner of Redcliffe Street and Corn Alley.
The registration deadline for the 2020 Queen of Carnival Competition is slated for Friday 28th February.
The deadline for ALL Carnival Competitions and Calypso Tents is Thursday 30th April; and Vendor and Booth Operators registration concludes on Friday 3rd July.
All prospective participants in the various competitions are also advised to take note of the following important dates:
• Party Monarch Quarter Finals (Groovy) Monday 22nd June
• Party Monarch Quarter Finals (Jumpy) Tuesday 23rd June
• Calypso Monarch Quarter Finals Friday 3rd July and Saturday 4th July
• Junior Calypso Monarch Eliminations Monday 6th July
• Junior Party Monarch Eliminations Tuesday 7th July
• Calypso Monarch Semi-finals Sunday 12th July
• Party Monarch Semi-finals Sunday 19th July
Antigua’s Carnival 2020 will be staged from Thursday 23rd July to Tuesday 4th August.
