Regis Burton’s Optimistic Response to Inconclusive Polls and Anticipation of Run-Off Vote
Regis Burton has responded with optimism and determination following two inconclusive polls in the All Saints West Constituency.
A run-off vote against opponent Lamin Newton looming.
In a statement addressing supporters and the public on Facebook today Burton said: The closeness in this race is a clear indication that we are making waves in a positive way.”

We know you have been waiting for the poll results as much as we have but unfortunately, after two completed polls over the past 6 weeks, the results were inconclusive.
The Prime Minister has unofficially announced an anticipated run-off
but the ABLP Executive will need to ratify the details.

Lamin could not win on a UPP ticket, so he switch party to see if he can now win on a Labour Party ticket. Laborites don’t be fooled by this trickster. He is still a UPPier by hart and soul. Look how he behave very vindictive in his work environment. Very dictatorial. Just like Dean Jonas. No wonder Dean couldn’t get along with any one. Those are UPP trends. When they came to power in 2004 they fire people left and right just because the think they were laborites. All Lamin wants is to get political power to show his true self. Laborites be aware of the wolf in the sheep clothes. Ask the people at Agriculture and at CMC about his behavior. And that with little power he got. if you give him elected power he will be worse. Chose a member that is a true Laborite. A born and breath Laborite. And Regis is such a man. Don’t be tricked by the good deeds Lamin is doing now. He is doing them for a reason and not from the heart. Regis has been doing these things in the community for many years. A real community man. Don’t make the mistake. You’ll regret it. Make the wise choice, chose Regis.
