As Caribbean economies continue to show strong signs of recovery, growth and restored investor confidence, KM2 Solutions, a leading US-based, call-center services provider has opened a second facility in St. Lucia, expanding their footprint of service locations to 9 centers in 5 countries including Saint Lucia in 2004, Barbados in 2007 and Grenada in 2010. The 12,000 square-feet facility opened on June 19.

Site Director Marvin Bartholomew said the company’s expansion in the island was an “exciting one that creates opportunities for an additional 400 brilliant and talented Saint Lucians. The spillover effect that increased employment has on the economy is tremendous and we are thrilled to be able to add to the island’s economic growth”.

Since entering the Saint Lucian market in 2004 KM2 Solutions has operated out of a 20,000 square-foot office space, with capacity for 500 agents. The new facility sits at over 50 percent the size of the parent facility and looks to create employment for an additional 400 outstanding agents.

Prime Minister of Saint Lucia the Honourable Allen Chastanet, who was present at the opening ceremony, lauded the investment of KM2 and thanked its principals for having confidence in the island’s economic standing.

Speaking ahead of the official ceremony, KM2 President & CEO David Kreiss, said, “We’re happy to expand our operation in St. Lucia.  Our clients have been thrilled with the productivity and high-quality talent from our operators here and across the region. We look forward to exceeding the expectations of our clients and adding to the quality of life of our team members.”

Site Director Marvin Bartholomew said KM2 Solutions Saint Lucia operations was indeed at an exciting point for the company’s clients, its partners and “most importantly our world-class staff whose growth opportunities check many boxes on many levels.”
