Antigua & Barbuda has put everything in place for the start of CXC Exams today Director of Education, Clare Browne has indicated,
“The CXC Local Registrar and the ministry’s Education Officer for Examinations, Myrick Smith, assured me late Friday afternoon when we last spoke on this subject that his office has done the work to ensure that the examinations are administered seamlessly,” Browne said.
He said the ministry will prepare for any eventuality.
“Make no mistake about it, we in the ministry are always mindful of Murphy’s Law and are prepared to take any contingency that an unexpected situation might necessitate,” the Director of Education told Pointe Xpress.
He said health protocols relating to COVID-19 as well as CXC guidelines will be followed at examination centers.
CSEC will run from July 13 to August 4 while CAPE will run from July 13 to July 31 and CCSLC taking place from August 5 to 7.
