Rawdon Turner Elected Vice President of the Senate

Senator Rawdon Turner has been elected unopposed as Senate Vice President.

He replaces Senator Osbert Frederick who has been elected Speaker of the House of Assembly.

The opposition did not nominate a candidate.

At today’s Senate sitting new senator Michael Joseph took his oath of allegiance.
