Praise Break Gospel Quest: Top 10 Finalists to Be Revealed Tuesday, April 22, 2025 Founder and Event Chairman Peetron Thomas has announced a major update for the highly anticipated Praise Break Gospel Quest Antigua & Barbuda.
The official Top 10 finalists will be revealed on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, following weeks of anticipation and a wave of impressive submissions from across the nation.
Originally, the judges had planned to select 8 finalists and 2 wildcards, but after carefully reviewing the outstanding quality and spiritual depth of the entries, they have decided to increase the number of finalists to 10, with 2 wildcards to be added at a later date—bringing the total number of contestants to 12.
“We were honestly moved by the level of talent that poured in,” said Peetron Thomas, Event Chairman. “The judges met and felt strongly that more voices deserved a chance to shine on this platform.
The decision reflects the excellence and passion we’ve witnessed across the board. That said, the judges’ decision is final.”
The selected finalists will now move forward in the competition, where they’ll compete for a $10,000 prize package designed to elevate their music careers, boost their exposure, and provide long-term artist development support.
To those who did not advance, the committee extended a powerful message of encouragement:
“Stay in the vineyard. Keep singing. Keep growing.
There are still opportunities ahead.”
Contestants are also welcome to re-enter next year, as the Praise Break Gospel Quest is being positioned as an annual Easter event.
