Police are investigating the theft of two solar flood lights from the Melting Fire Tabernacle Church in Briggins.
Pastor Warrell Simon reported the lights missing between 9 and 15 August. Investigators believe the thieves used a ladder and tools to remove them from the building’s face board.
A search of the area found no trace of the items. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department or the church.

Is this a surprise, this is life on a daily basis in Gangsters Paradise
Wow……. The hearts of men!!
Clearly the churches are no longer being respected. Why?
Is it bcuz they are no longer driving that fear in the hearts of men and not playing that role as a beacon in our society?
Oops! the church has been relieving people of their wealth and civic duty to country by creating this benign atmosphere up in the sky for hundreds of years ,and now somebody steals from them. The church is a business organization like any supermarket, been collecting from the people since colonial time as the missionaries used it as witchcraft to make our ancestors docile and labor on the plantation for 400 years hoping one day to go up in the sky.
The church better start teach civics to it’s people instead of John, peter and revelation so they can have civic and constitutional pride and don’t steal, how shameful that they decide to steal instead of achieve.
Pastor they stealing the batteries and lights right off the post when APUA installs them so you not immune.
These thieves have no shame or conscience
That’s such a shame stealing from a church of all places.
God will deal with them. Often think they can do to Gods Kingdom because “God is not real”. Don’t worry
@apex :The APUA had mounted the solar street lights incorrectly as though they did not have to apply a science or thought to it, but work picturegraphic as the manufacturer denoted for develop countries, in the USA those streetlight can have their batteries that low because it’s a society that never sleep, do you know that the virgin islands and other countries from day one of procurement of the solar streetlights and installation had mounted the batteries at the top adjacent to the light? Sad case of APUA engineers.
