Investigators are probing a series of incidents reported across St. John’s this week, including cases of cyber theft, house and business break-ins, and credit card fraud.

In one report, a local professional told police that more than EC $19,000 was stolen from her bank account after it was allegedly hacked.

Meanwhile, officers are investigating break-ins at two homes and a restaurant, where cash and other valuables were taken. In another case, a business owner reported the theft of four vehicle rims from his property.

Police also received a report from the U.S. Consular Office regarding an American citizen who allegedly used a fraudulent credit card to purchase a travel ticket.

Authorities say investigations into all the incidents are continuing.
