Police Continue Probe in Green Bay Shooting

The police are continuing to probe the circumstances surrounding a shooting incident at Green Bay that resulted in the death a 20-year-old female and left a 24-year-old male nursing gunshot wounds.

The alleged incident occurred sometime around 8:45 pm on Monday, 14 August. Both victims were transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center by the Emergency Medical Services.

The female was pronounced dead around 11:35 pm, while the male remains hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds. His condition is said to be stable.

The Police Administration is expressing condolence to the family at this time, for their tragic loss.

The administration has further condemned this senseless act of violence and is appealing to anyone with information surrounding this incident to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call Crimestoppers at 800-Tips (8477).

    Side note: Young women STAY AWAY from self proclaimed ‘bad man’. Cause when their badness catches up with them, everyone around them suffers and more times they walk away unscathed.

      More often than not, Antigua news room has been very sloppy with their reporting. We can overlook typo’s and Poor grammar, but they have to be on their p’s and Q’s so to speak, when it comes to the protection and privacy of victims. This is elementary and should never be missed especially if someone is looking over these reports before they are released to the public. That is inexcusable. Button up Antigua News Room.

      • Where you get that from? It has never been the policy of any news media to cover the face of any minors unless a criminal act was committed against them. Matter of fact in those cases, no pictures are published for the protection of the minor
