  1. If he went in someone’s house and got shot dead what is there to investigate?….Unless it was not an attempted robbery but some kinda twisted plot hmmmmm (rubs chin)

  2. It was initially said that he was robbing someone. Maybe that was staged to make it look that way but it was probably a homicide.

  3. He is a house breaking bandit so be it
He met his maker good riddance there is nothing to investigate buddy just dump the POS in a hole and cover him

  4. Homicide is the killing of a person by a person or persons. A homicide may be lawful or unlawful. The word homicide only describes that a person is dead and it was by the hand of human/person. Homicide does not deal with whether it is justified or not.

To deal with whether a homicide is lawful or not, homicide is divided into categories or levels. First degree, second degree, felony murder, voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. These are used to determine culpability/lawfulness or unlawfulness. Not the word homicide.

Just wanted to express this to my fellow blogger and friend.

  5. Ok good! another lowlife off our streets, but am afraid many questions need to be answered since the picture looks a bit rambled.
