Police are investigating two unrelated incidents involving minors — one concerning the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl and another involving a pregnant 16-year-old.

According to reports, the younger teen was assaulted by a man known to her in St. Johnston’s Village. She was examined by a doctor, and forensic samples were collected as part of the ongoing investigation.

In the second case, officers were summoned to the Browne’s Avenue Clinic after staff reported a pregnant teenager who had arrived seeking treatment accompanied by an adult male.

The girl was later taken to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre but left before receiving medical attention.

Authorities confirmed that investigations into both matters are continuing.
