Police Investigate Alleged Attempted Murder in Liberta Road Rage Incident
Police are investigating an alleged attempted murder after 27-year-old Kadeem Spencer reported being deliberately struck by a vehicle in New Village on the morning of July 3, 2025.
Spencer told officers at the Liberta Police Station that he was hit by a black Toyota Vitz while exiting a blue Honda Fit driven by his girlfriend, Latreece Federick. The Vitz, reportedly owned and driven by Wayne Charles of Brownes Avenue, had earlier tried to run them off the road in what Spencer described as a dangerous encounter.
The situation escalated when, moments after parking near Federick’s home, Spencer saw the Vitz speeding toward him. He was knocked to the ground and suffered multiple abrasions.
A medical examination was arranged, and police launched a search for Charles, who remains at large. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward as investigations continue.
The incident has sparked concern about road rage and public safety in the community.

The police won’t do anything, they might try but will not put no energy into finding the suspect. I know a person that was stabbed randomly by a unknown person, and nuttin for it, they can’t find the suspect, then another person was almost stabbed again and she reported it to the police and the police was rude and did nuttin, what the government need to do is let dem illiterate dunce element, non educated officers resign, some never never ever went high school, they hardly have computers in the station cause the older officers are not computer literate, and if they put younger officers on duty only, they will be upset. They act ignorant and lack of understanding, eractic amd irrational as well. There’s no one to help u in the system, might need to start have a weapon as well it sounds like cause the police are useless and dunce at the same time.

Obviously this is more than any ordinary road rage..like a whole rig can go missing from a lot that is less than half an acre in size.
Last nite the police threatened my friend cause he had a bad day, and is someone tried to hurt her, from wat I heard he’s a bad cop and will purposely try hurt folks, my friend is scared, he threatened to take the lady and her little kids all cause she asked him his name, why u can’t ask them their names, what’s rude about that. Antigua is not real.
these guys are coming up with new ways to kill themselves do harm to each other every day. the problem is hurting innocent people along the way

Would be good if reporters could find more to this story, in a regular road rage incident you wouldn’t know the alleged attackers name and address, glad that the complainant mostly got out of the way and wasn’t directly hit at speed based on it being abrasions.

Let us talk about illiterate and unmannerly.members of the Police Force. There is so much unfairness and political interference that nothing will ever change. The Minister promoted his son-in-law to be Inspector and he cannot write a simple report. He actually begs constables to write reports for him. And we want to know why crime is rising.
Then salaries are low so the Force attracts the bottom of the barrel who see it as just a dead-end job and not a vocation as it should be. I have come across many policemen, not women, who can barely spell or write a simple sentence.
