Law enforcers are remaining tight-lipped about the details surrounding the recovery of the car, but confirm their search is on in earnest for the missing man.
Police are asking anyone with information which can assist in finding Richards to call the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or Crimestoppers at 800-8477.
