POLICE ISSUE STATEMENT ON INCIDENT AT BISHOPGATE STREET
The police are continuing investigations into an incident that occurred around 8pm on Thursday, August 8, at Bishopgate Street.

The police were on mobile patrol in the city when they spotted a motor car at the corner of Pope’s Head and Bishopgate Streets with the occupants inside acting suspiciously.
The police signaled to the driver of the vehicle to stop, however, the vehicle sped away from the scene with the police in immediate pursuit.

The chase ended on Bishopgate Street after the driver collided into another vehicle.
The occupants of the vehicle were arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of robbery. No one was injured coming out the incident. Further investgations are ongoing.

@Miss Knight: Some of the parents are involved, maybe not directly but indirectly. When the videos of all the various robberies are posted, don’t you think the parents can identify their children even with a Mask in place? But they keep quiet – that in itself is involvement.
But when they engage the police and get shot, they become their innocent little children who might have followed others. They never realize that sometimes it is their kids encouraging other kids. When you child not working and spending like crazy, you ever wonder where the money coming from?
Some parents really trying but some just looking to see what they going to get.
A high speed chase from the corner of Popeshead Street and Bishopgate Street to Bishopgate Street?? You know how narrow that street is? That was so dangerous.
