Based on previous situations with other missing persons, there is not much hope in solving this case. We don’t even have a forensic lab. I advice everyone to be more careful when venturing outside at night. Antigua is no longer safe.

Antigua is such a small country with a population of about one hundred thousand and don’t tell me that no one seen the smoke coming from the said burnt vehicle. People always on the road especially them young people liming late, some taking their men and women in bushes to sexual activity. We need more cameras on our roadways that actually work. Antigua is changing rapidly before our eyes especially with the high diversity population. Too much of our people are missing without a trace.

Unbelievable that an individual who is so well known to the public, in a small island where you can align a vehicle to it’s owner, by saying this individual drives a black or yellow, license plate, tinted, spoiler, rims etc, a vehicle can travel from town to Pares and no one on our streets had a glimpse and what kind a cctv cameras are we operating, that after having this vehicle in sight, it can suddenly disappear and cleanly get out of the city without being picked up by another camera? Then it takes this long. Our crime solving operation here is not ready, Detectives need to go back to school and for the type of crimes we are now having here, a forensic laboratory must be in order. Out post in Golden Grove! We don’t need all these out post we need police vehicles on our streets, mark and unmarked round the clock. With this in operation, there is no way this car could have gotten all the way to Pares without been last notice by an officer. Foolishness! Then we have two girls gone and up to now nothing. Keep hearing about Scotland Yard but if Scotland Yard wasn’t here on the scene early collecting their own evidence, nothing will be come. Is forensic lab the solution. Have you consider the expertise and the other infrastructure that goes into that? Was there a team selected to specifically deal with this matter or was the entire CID involved? What about the expanding the cctv network? Where is it at present, how is it operating? How long will the refurbishment of St. John’s station? Who is in charge of crime investigation? Somebody need to face the public and answer some real pressing questions. Too many vicious heinous crimes and none being solved.
