Michael Browne has neglected the constituency in his two terms as the representative, so who tells you that he would have won the third time?
I think you may have mixed up your cardinal points and mixed up east and west. Also, it was not his legal issues alone that would have caused him to lose – but time does not permit me to even list them here. I am elated that he has put that one as care-taker there, let him earn his keep.
