1. Okay Prime Minister, fair enough on your views why Lovell’s rent-to-own will not work.

   So, can you now expand and explain to the CITIZENS of the countr, how your water 💧 system plan will be up and running for ALL OF US living in Antigua 🇦🇬 by the 30th of September 2022?

   We want to give you the benefit of our doubts, but the details for this island wide water 💧 system is very short on details … OVER TO YOU PM!

   WE ARE NOT GOING TO LETT YOU GET AWAY WITH THIS LIFE-SAVING PROMISE.

2. Everyone told him 500 homes in 500 days wouldn’t work but he said he was a big real estate developer and knew otherwise. He also went back on the bau panel land and factory agreement which would have helped not only housing but the industrial and export sector. After 8 years the PM has 0 credibility on housing matters.

Failure to have a working opposition is bad,The ruling party is likely to do what they feel like and not necessarily in the interest of its people. It also shows the lack of confidence in the opposition by the people. When are we going to see an end to water shortage. 40 yrs of promises. The promise of multi family dwelling apartments in stJohnson Village for middle income families. Are we going to continue telling the people what they want to hear? 6. yes $800 is still less than what people pay for RENT right now. Thank you PM Gaston Browne for catering to people with different income levels. Not everyone can afford the $300/440K+ prices

7. My only question is how much land come with these properties so the people can add in the future? You should tile the bathrooms to prevent mould and mildew.

8. The things this Prime Minister does for the poor in this country is envious, at least for us who are well off.
   When building my first home I had to dig deep into my pockets to ensure I was qualified for the mortgage. There was no duty free on building materials. Yes, wages were far less. Before 2014 election my Spanish gardener could not afford to drive a car to come to work, but now he imported one from Japan, brought it in Duty Free and he travels all over the Island to work. People making $3000 could never afford to buy a concrete house. It had to be a board house put on some blocks. And absolutely no yard space. lucky as well if they had toilets inside their home. The housing stock will greatly be improved in this country because of these policies. The only thing I can brag about is that my house is much bigger. 25000 sqft. However, my utilities do not run underground. So, when a hurricane passes, I just have to hope it doesn’t knock down the poles. A man that really care for the poor in this country and proves that each and every time.

9. Everyone knows counting is not Harolds best qualities. Lying is. He knows how to shift blames on others when things go wrong. Never takes responsibility as a leader.
   Unless Lovell can explain how he would fund a rent to own project, he is just full of chat. The capital outlay is tremendous and then the administration of it is very costly. Although I am looking for a rental option for some people who do not want to get into responsibility of a mortgage. This is serious business. It obligates you for the next 20 to 30 years of your life. And you do not know what tomorrow will bring. When in 2008 lots of young professionals lost their job, foreclosure was the order of the day. I knew quite a few of them and had to console at least one. Luckily enough they got to sell the property for a good price, and bought a smaller home somewhere else. They then had only one income and were able to afford a smaller mortgage. Once again taking out a mortgage is serious business. Don’t eveen think about what will happen is you are divorced in the future.

     • Could anyone foresee the future? But still, we plan for it. As I said 2008 was an unpredictable financial crisis. 2020 was an even worse unpredictable health, economic and financial crisis.
