2

Prime Minister Gaston Browne visited Grace Christian Academy on Thursday morning, meeting with students and donating funds to support a tree-planting initiative at the school.

The visit followed an invitation from a Grade One teacher whose class had been studying national leaders as part of their Social Studies lessons.

Mr Browne spoke with the students about the importance of education, good behaviour and caring for the environment.

He encouraged them to stay focused on their studies and develop positive habits that will help them succeed.

During the visit, the prime minister also made a financial contribution to assist the school with planting trees on its compound. He urged students to take responsibility for caring for the trees and keeping their surroundings clean.

School officials thanked Mr Browne for the support, saying the project will help create a greener and more welcoming environment for students. 🌱🌳

  1. Oh, for goodness sake, would this man have made the effort if there wasn’t a by-election on the horizon?

BTW, it’s nice to see the schoolchildren wearing UPP yellow coloured tops and shirts for this occasion 🤣🤣🤣

  2. @Brixtonian – You funny boii! Aroyu to jealous buddy. I wondered if the same sentiments would have come from you if your UPP party was the governing party, and they went to the school for the pep talk. He didn’t go on his own, he was invited, or you didn’t read the whole thing. Well fada.
