PM Browne Leads Antigua and Barbuda Delegation to CARIFESTA XV in Barbados

Prime Minister Gaston Browne will lead Antigua and Barbuda’s delegation to the opening of CARIFESTA XV in Barbados this evening.

He will be joined by Works Minister Maria Browne, Creative Industries Minister Daryll Matthew, Senator Shenella Govia, Ambassador Elizabeth Makhoul, and other officials.

A 105-member national contingent of artists, technical staff, and media personnel will also travel to Barbados, along with 20 schoolchildren who will take part in the ten-day regional festival.

CARIFESTA is regarded as the Caribbean’s leading celebration of arts, heritage, and cultural exchange.

  1. Like a bird (pardon the intentional pun) he’s flying away again, without addressing the nation about the rising criminal activities and gun crimes.

    Furthermore, this CARIFESTA XV event could easily have taken place online, not only to save the carbon footprint of many travelling to Barbados, but also give Browne an important opportunity to inform the Antiguan public about curtailing the cancerous growth of criminal activities right here right now.

    Browne hiding he-self away again from the issues that really matters.

    He reminds of CIRCUMFORANEOUS person who wanders around with plenty plenty titles but just can’t deliver.
