Where is the steel to hold the concrete together. That road will be destroyed in no time. Come on man, do it correctly the first time.
They are still doing repairs on a major highway that is still under construction. From Mount Joy Service Station through the Stadium, the traffic flow is horrendous. Somebody is really fiddling with our money
